The lighter color plastic wheels for these cars aged, and mostly fell apart from sun heat left only steel ring. The wheel is inches in diameter.: this is a steering wheel for 1954 Belvedere, optional Savoy and Plaza standard on 1953 Plymouth cranbrook cambridge concord. So if the photo does not look right, or sound either ask questions do bid this wheel could be repainted to replace one of lighter color wheels.

This is the 3 spoke wheel that uses deluxe horn ring. Original color of this wheel is black.

I will try to describe what it is used for or fits the best of my knowledge.

It is one of the standard color wheels, for 54 Belvedere, optional Savoy and Plaza 53 cranbrook cambridge concord, by using deluxe horn ring. Look at the photos.

I am selling this as used, however, it is in very good condition and not sure that has ever been installed on a car.

There is no guarantee that I am always right.

The wheel could be repainted with steering paint if you want white, cream or some other color is in very good condition for age, I cannot see any cracks major scuffs.
