The handle has a chip see last photo. This unit has been refinished. 1 used bijur model DC lubricator, may be for packard it had a handwritten tag on it that said 1928 to 1930 packard.
There are no dents or nicks. Packard automobiles used these lubrication systems from 1925 through 1935, however I do not know if they used this model bijur for all of these years.
