This is a rear lower spring perch for late 60s through early 70s Camaro or Nova not 66 67. I don't know the exact application but its for multi leaf springs with about Across bolt holes. The number on it is free shipping,usually same day.

The shock mount holes are about down from plate upper surfAce. Big hammer will take care of that. It has a little warp from over tightening.
