Part number shows to be 1969 Camaro box was unopened until I opened to take photo the other two are used one is in really nice shape and the other has a small damage spot on it but could be repaired see photo all rings have metal clips on the back to attach them to the wheel the nos one has obviously not ever been on a car and clips are perfect, the nicer used one has good clips, the rougher one has one clip with both taps broken and one clip with one tab broken other two clips are good.
