Un rusted, been in my fathers conditioned basement for over 45 years, gearbox turns solid back and forth,opened covers to see good black grease still in there, the threads to attach steering wheel to the column is dinged will need to be recapped, has a pitman arm included, has no cracks, use as driver till find better one or restore your choice.
