Here is the tilt steering column that came out of a box Caprice or Impala. This would be a good column to restore or use for parts. Been in storage for years and years.

And turn signal moves tightly and stiff. 1 key is there. This does not have the multi switch of turn signal wipers switch. Red paint looks dull.

So it 83 and older, because 84 was the first year gm started using that. This was pulled out of the car years ago, and has been in storage. The turn signal tip is broken off as you can see.

The chrome handles have rust in the chrome.
