All bearing surfaces where coated with white lithium grease many years ago. This forging number lists in a old Chevy parts book for but can be used also.

Here is a Chevrolet 216 crank shaft with forging number on it and has been reground. The only difference is that in 1942 6 bolt holes for mounting flywheel therefrom 3/8 to DOA. Call for info. 010 under size.
