The splines are in great shape. Its coming off but needs soaked or scrubbed. There are 2 small cracks in the skin due to tweak at horizontal supports.
This is from a 1970 Gto, it red and has the chrome ring inset. Only comes with what is pictured. Pontiac Gto, trans am, Firebird steering wheel, red, decent see pics for more detail.
I want you to be a repeat customer. On mostly the back there is a black sticky residue that comes off with some elbow grease. The top part is tweaked a bit as most of them are.
