New ball joints are pressed in. I have over 30 years automotive experience in vw Volkswagen and I am very knowledgeable about automotive restorations, stock and performance motors, street and off road suspension geometry and off road fabrication.

Vw Volkswagen 2 inch narrowed ball joint front end axle beam bug standard beetle1966 1977 with dropped lowered disc brake spindles, 5 on Chevy lug pattern rotors, calipers, bearings, steering box, steering damper and narrowed tie rods this is a narrowed 2 inch front end for vw Volkswagen standard beetle and karma Gaia not super beetle with late model lowered disc brake spindles kit with 5 on Chevy lug pattern rotors.

Late model disc brake spindles may require late model wheel bearings and grease seals.

Most replacement ball joint disc brake and ball joint dropped spindles are made for late model tie rod ends with 19mm nuts. New beams have Avis ratchet adjusters for maximum range of adjustment and new oem needle bearings in the torsion housing. Late model spindles mid 1968 through 1977 are made with a larger diameter stub and use wheel bearings and grease seals with a larger inside diameter.

Torsion arms and spindles are bead blasted clean. Cb, amp, bug pack,performance bug, type 1, sedan, lower, drop, lowered, vw, Volkswagen.

All parts are spray painted with black paint to protect them from corrosion.
