Details:

All threads and holes look perfect to my eye. I think its minimum compared to some. No other history is known to me. Actual shipping applies.

There is a few dings where I assume hammer had struck it for disassembly sometime prior to paint being applied. The spindle looks to be coated in black paint. I see no issues whatsoever with the spindle.

The bearing surfaces looks good, with some minimum staining. They are smooth and likely will clean up perfect Emory cloth.
