Here is an original Ford power steering cooler for a 1965 Ford Galaxie, custom, xl, ltd, 7 litre and perhaps other model's like mustang, fair lane, falcon, bronco. You should be able to clean, etch prime and paint with special radiator black from Eastwood or the like and it will look new.

It is in good shape. The copper colored pipes look nice and the fins are very straight considering how easily they get banged up over the years. This is used on the Ford power steering gearbox not Saginaw.
