This is a 40 year old used part, it has some surface rust on the lower end, scratches, gouges, scuffs in painted parts, pitting tilt, turn signal shift lever arms, peeling knob. The steering wheel splines are clean. The turn signal cancels in both directions.

The turn signal lever has cruise option. The column measures 102mm per old's service manual for verifying a non-collapsed. The key works ignition switch lock mechanism.

The steering shaft turns freely. The shift lever operates correctly with prints detentes.

The column is tight, not sloppy. Using a Dem and or circuit tester, I checked operation of the ignition switch, reverse lamp hi lo beam turn signal hazard flasher key horn circuit, cruise switch. If you do not know how to re-attach these levers will need ask someone who does. This is a tilt column from 1979 Oldsmobile 98.
