The teeth show no indication of wear or ever being installed. According to my Mopar manual, this is used on the following model's and years Dodge truck.

May or may not need a light polishing up before installation there is a touch of light surface rust on the piece form many years of shelf storage. 1 ton 1948, 1949, 1950 the arm has a length of it is in brand new, never used condition and is free of any damage.

Cast on the piece is on the opposite side is def ms2703. 3/4 ton, 1948, 1949, 1950dodge truck.
