Item is in great condition, never used and has a very slight, hardly noticeable coating of rust which could easily be cleaned off. It should work fine, although since it is so old, I cannot guarantee this item for obvious reasons.

9 inches from of stud on link side to of hole frame side un angled flat measurement. The price reflects this. It measures about 6.

Comes with the original box, which is pretty beat up. I have no listing reference of parts this old. No other hardware included except the nut on the link side stud.
